I've always had exceptional service and prompt responses from inquiries with MGS. The guys that pick up my bins are nice, polite and helpful too! They always smile and wave and helped me understand what I have to do when I have extra stuff that won't fit in my bin. The ladies in the office are awesome and easy to communicate with, I was able to text a photo and the stuff was picked up the next time they came through. Great service and considerate staff!
pathetic service from this company, half the time i find my garbage can in the middle of road when their done, if the garbage can is past the top with garbage they throw any excess gargabe back onto your lawn, most pathetic excuse for gargabe company i have ever seen
