If I could give this business a zero I would, most employees go out to their cars at all break periods to smoke weed and the managers and HR don't mind as long as you are friends. This is a very buddy buddy factory, if you kiss the right cheeks you can do anything you want to. Most management just walks around aimlessly whenever they are not harassing employees, human resources is not there for the people but only benefits Regal. 541 of the worst places in Lebanon to be employed.
