Allowed one of the people responsible for my brothers death to not face any charges despite a statement that she knew he was having a seziure and didn't contact emergency services

Extremely unhelpful with my case. They refused to do anything about it. I waited for months on end to even hear back. I followed up via email politely and often wouldn’t hear a response. I submitted additional documentation that they refused to review. Essentially, do not waste your time with Marathon County DA if your case is important to you.
