Harlan from Marathon was very professional! He took the time to explain everything and helped us understand the manufacturer issue we are having with the carpet purchased at a Big Box store. The carpet was 10 days old and started to show discoloration. After having the installers pull up and inspect the carpet the next requirement for factory warranty was to have the carpet professionally cleaned. Harlan IS that Professional. We will have him back in the future!
