I have been a customer for a year now, and I must say your customer service is awful!!.. I hate to call for any reason, even to pay my bill!, your CSR are not in the least bit friendly!.Will be researching other companies in my area.

dependable good service works with customers ,mailed payment to wrong company they called me and still picked up my garbage until they recieved my payment very reliable do not scatter garbage or leave a mess have used thier dumpsters also very affordable

Marathon Waste Services has given us good service. Even when I forgot to pay my bill they did not get ugly with me. They DID NOT pick up my trash, but they were nice to me anyway. They are always here when they say they will be and keep us abreast of schedule changes. I believe their rates are fair and when I called their office they were helpful and polite.
