I highly recommend Mara. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and takes the time to understand exactly what you need and why. It’s been years since I had a deep tissue massage but I am very happy I did.
Mara is dedicated to her craft and provides full attention to every treatment, including educating her clients regarding their emotional load as it relates to physical discomfort. She has a broad array of techniques and information to empower continued healing after incredible sessions. She works with us, and teaches us how to live comfortably in our bodies. Highly recommend.
Got the lymphatic drainage massage and I felt immediate results! Left feeling refreshed and recharged! Mara is absolutely the best and so kind, I felt welcomed and well taken care of!
