Absolutely terrible experience. I walked in needing a simple engine oil top-up - a literal 3-minute job. The mechanics were ready to do it, I was ready to pay, and still the manager refused and acted like helping a customer was some kind of inconvenience. The female manager was extremely rude, constantly rolling her eyes and giving a nasty attitude instead of basic professionalism. We had to throw on our spare due to a puncture while van camping. Aimee and the mechanic, whose name I didn't get, were amazing. They explained why the tire couldn't be repaired, ordered a new one, and installed it for us the next morning. As busy as they were, they still made time for us. Would recommend to any road traveler with a mishap.
