My car broke down in Roma i rang them and the lady on the phone was the rudest person ever. Refused to help clearly.I hope she finds a job she like.
I rang and Simon fitted me in with a minor issue. He resolved it within two minutes, and no charge. I really appreciate him stopping a big job to help me, I was prepared to pay too. Thank you very much.
