Receptionist at front desk was very cordial and welcoming me for my 1:30 PM appointment. The optical technician or optician test specialist was very knowledgeable and explained the different tests and machines he used to complete the readings. Then I was escorted to another room where the female tech tested both eyes for new prescription and answered my questions about the eye drop usage for dry eyes versus a periodic left eye that tear when I look at the sun or bright light.
