Everyone here is excellent and took great care of me! Especially Tom he is always a pleasure to work with.
Tom in service was great. I called and he checked right away to see if I had free towing for my Giulia to get it in the shop asap. He provided me the number and my vehicle got towed in the same day. He called me to let me know that my vehicle got there safely and he’ll get it in the shop. My vehicle was done the same day and they did the recall on it that I didn’t know was there. Thank you Tom. Definitely looking forward to my visits for my car in service.

Got my Alfa Serviced here, and I had an amazing experience because of the service manager, Tom. He steered me away from unnecessary services and it was quickly made clear that he valued my time and money, and he wasn't trying to get me to do every little service or test to run up the bill. The irony of the luxury dealer selling Italian sports and supercars being more trustworthy than the West Herr selling Chevys across the street is a statement in and of itself.
