Horrible service. My father-in-law was ready to rent some letters that weren’t cheap he was about to spend nearly $1,000, at $55 per letter. I called to ask if they had the letter “Z” for Feliz, and the lady told me, “I’ll need a deposit because people cancel, and my husband has to take time out of his day to make that one letter.” Honestly, I decided not to go through with it because she seemed more bothered than interested in getting business.
