I'm very disappointed that I received such terrible attitude and service from Colleen Bab regarding my home owner policy. Colleen was quite clear that it is not her responsibility to contact me directly and that I have to work directly with Narragansett Bay for my insurance policy for my home in the Hamptons, even though Naragansett only communicate via snail mail.
