Chef Gil cooks three meals a day for the guest and it is amazing. Like eating out every night at a high end restaurant only the food is optimized for brain and body health. Not just taste. Too bad most restaurants are not this good!
Our mom has been at Marama for several months and we are so thankful for the experience she's having. From the specialized diet, to the holistic medical work-up, supplements, and interventions like sauna, red-light therapy, and exercise with supplemental oxygen, she's getting all the best possible treatments for her condition. My mother was a resident at Marama for over 2 years and her transformation was amazing under the care of Dr. Sandison and the wonderful staff at Marama! Marama is amazing...compared to other senior homes and memory care facilities there is nothing like the activities, the food and the alternative therapies.
