Dr. Billings was great and worked well with my children. She was the only psychiatrist in a very wide area that would see children under 8 years old. She was very pleasant, very patient and very understanding of small children. Her assessment reflected a very intelligent nature and broad experience. Highly reccommended psychiatric care, for adults or children.
