Our exam was scheduled for 9 we were all here around 745am. It is now 9:30 We have 12 people and the instructor sitting in the hallway because the door is not unlocked ! This is absurd what’s the point of having a sign on the door for 9 am. If no one is even gonna open it up for all 12 of us to take the test. For all of us and instructor to have to wait an hour and 45 mins in a hallway is absurd. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! This is crazy. Sitting in a hallway over an hour. Get better yall how are you still open!
i’m not sure the point of having scheduled appointment times as they do the tests in a random order. it’s not based on last name they just pick a random order. my exam was for 12:30 but i didn’t actually take my exam until after 5pm and leave until after 6pm. i paid 100$ to sit in a room for almost 6 hours. this is extremely unprofessional and an embarrassing representation of the state of VA. they don’t allow you to bring food or water or leave at all.
This school has trained and qualified teachers
The staff here are simply money hungry. When I tried to report my evaluator of course credentia sided with the person who's going to bring more money into their ponzi scheme. The evaluators are incompetent and do not even follow the guidelines listed in the handbook themselves, lacking the needed knowledge of what's considered "passing". If I could give zero stars I would!!!
