The staff here is truly amazing. Polite, patient oriented. Dr Beas and Ahlia were very professional and explained everything to me. So, very happy to have become a patient here.

Left the practice after 15+ years. The front desk staff is absolutely terrible. I went in for an appointment and received a prescription that was called in with no instructions. Only verbal after care instructions were given when she wrote the prescription they used to print them out or include them on the medication. When I called to ask for instructions they told me I could come and pick up as if I was bothering her by even asking for medication instructions. This was the last straw for me. We were herded in like cattle and had surgery on my forehead the most painful surgery I ever had didn't wait to deaden it and was so rude about it and the scar because they didnt have time for Mohs surgery is unreal on my forehead even my doctor said I should go back and make them fix it. Would never go back , that was the facility in Ashburn
I was waaaay cut too deep and wide for extremely small scalp cysts, which were caused by trauma to scalp in childhood. Had this procedure done four times before so I knew what to expect -- minor discomfort and healing within two weeks. I bled an incredible amount (they would not let me leave without washing my hair), could not bend over for weeks without extreme head pain, and am still healing three months later (no infection, but the cuts remain damp that then dries into crust).
