They were great at first. Then they called to schedule my appointment to re-certify. I had class that morning and had to reschedule. The time they wanted me to reschedule, I was not able to make. I had 4 days left on my certification, but when I went to dispensary (same day that I couldn’t make appt), the dispensary agent said they’ve never seen a doctor do this before-They canceled my certification and cut me off, before the expiration. Avoid at all costs! They will terminate you as a patient because you decide you’re no longer using them as a doctor EVEN though you’ve already paid & your card isn’t expired - you’ll then have to pay another doctor even though you technically already paid & your file should’ve never been cancelled 😤 His wife Vicki literally terminated my file as a patient without telling me, when I cancelled my follow up appointment bc I wasn’t going to renew with them IN A MONTH. Absolutely one of the best wellness centers around. Highly recommend for any service they offer. This is a first class operation and they have excellent product knowledge and don’t get my wife started on the massage table Vicki put her on today ! Thanks Vicki ! You definitely have repeat customers now. My wife will be coming to all my appointments.😎
Extremely clean and inviting facility! I just love every service I have tried! I’m hooked on the infrared sauna, and the massage bed! Jeff & Vicki are extremely knowledgeable, prompt, trustworthy, and kind. If you have questions or thinking about a service they offer give them a call or better yet stop in, such great and relaxing environment.
