I have never changed a doctor at Kaiser but I felt I needed to this time. I don't feel she is engaged or active as my doctor. Another doctor stepped in for her at some point, and I could see the difference. He had a whole plan for me which she had never offered to me in all the time I have seen her. She is a nice lady but doesn't interact much with patients. I get nurse calls, etc and if I have a further question, they are not able to help me. It is frustrating.
