I ordered 2 garage doors for my barn overhang. They told me they would be the same quality as two other doors SES installed. But they weren’t! Door skins are peeling , hardware is lose and vertical door seals were not even installed straight. I left a $1500 dollar deposit, and asked for it back when I realized what was about to happen but no co operation. Manager can’t be trusted. I would never hire this company again for anything!
Solid quality door. Took well over what we were told to arrive. Problems with service during installation. Will be looking elsewhere for further needs
Had issues with door around 7:30 AM and noticed the chain was much too loose. Called a competitor but they wouldn't have someone out for another two days. That would not do so Mar-Lin was my next choice. I explained the situation and they had an idea of what my problem was and said they would be around same day to at least get an idea of what parts would be needed. Mar-Lin Dock and Door installed three of our garage doors. Just so happened back in July 2024, our garage door will not close all the time when the button is pressed and has to be held down. Upon this issue, I also observed they cut our weather stripping short and left it that way knowing the same. I contacted the company in July 22, 2024, and requested a service repair and was told they would get in contact with me when they are in the Windsor area so they can fix it. What a superb company! I was truly impressed with the personnel of Mar-Lin Dock & Door, from the office to the competent workers! My roll-up shutters were repaired expertly and in a timely manner. Everyone was very courteous and most helpful. Of course, the reasonable price on the invoice added to my smile! Now if I can only hack Google reviews to give Mar-Lin 10 stars...LOL!
