My last order was shipped 7/14/17 & I order my ostomy & wound care supplies on 8/17/17, my ins company told me that all my supplies were authorized till 9/1/17. My supply have yet to be shipped thus hindering my medical care!! Then I recorded a threatening call today saying that I had to find another medical supplies company for my supplies and they wouldn't ship this months supplies that are way over due until 9/2/2017. I did file a grievance with my ins company and they told me that this company not sending my supplies in ... read more

Just ordered compression stockings before an overseas flight. I was referred to MAR-J by my health insurance, 5 hours away from my home. Jason took very good care of me, through a telephone and email ordering process. Got my stockings in just a few days.
