I took my car to this repair shop to address a persistent squeaking and grinding noise in the front brakes. Initially quoted $425 for replacing both rotors and brake pads, I managed to negotiate the price down to $380. However, upon picking up my car after the repair, an alert symbol for brake pads and rotors popped up on the dashboard. When I brought this to the attention of the repair person, they refused to rectify the issue, claiming it wasn't covered under the brake repair.
