Be very careful with this company, at first the builder will promise you everything and once he gets paid, he will forget about you and thats it. I have been living in shary oaks for about a year and all my neighbors have complaints from having problems getting a $15,000 dollar deposit back to lack of attention and not paying attention to details which later is a huge headache.
