The Newberry County Disabilities and Special Needs Board issued an RFP to remodel two communal restrooms. The restrooms were in very poor condition and had leaks that plumbers were unable to identify the source for years. We also wanted to add four ADA showers to upgrade the facilities for sheltering purposes. M.A.R. was awarded the contract. Their proposal was innovative addressing our requests and more. The M.A.R.
