Aside from stealing money from subcontractors by not paying them, they're really unprofessional, they are not knowledgeable about construction, and lean on subcontractors to fix their short comings. Unless you want to give away free labor, pick a better contractor to do business with.
If you are thinking in hire this people , don’t do it they have several cases in the court of subcontractors not getting paid from them . A example is ash Brook golf course they never paid anybody who worked there .
