Horrible customer service! I literally called before driving all the way there. It's a one hour round trip, for us. The man who answered the phone said they rewire lamps for $25. After my arrival, the man gave a convaluted excuse why he didn't want to fix it. People would rather you be honest on the phone. UGH

Several of their male employees were arrogant, rude, condescending, and very difficult to do business with. That would explain why their Independence, Missouri and one other location are now closed! You reap what you sow!!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere because this place doesn’t respect customers, cannot comprehend customer loyalty, nor do they have the capacity to express genuine appreciation for the valued business those customers bring. I would NOT recommend this company .They fail to give reasonable accommodations,lie about sending an e-mail after requested many times due to hearing loss and learning disability. KitchenAid said to call them and they would mail apart because KitchenAid doesn’t keep parts it’s a small part but they said they don’t mail it and they didn’t understand that I can’t hear the part numbers over the phone and process them but he didn’t care. I replaced a Dyson with a Simplicity vacuum from MarBeck two years ago and I still like it so much better then the Dyson. This is my go too place for filters for my fridge, vacuum bags, and small appliances. I always receive courteous service and I highly recommend this store. My only complaint is they don’t stay open late enough.
