We have been trying to contact then over the phone for a new lease and dont answer we have been to the office twice during business hrs and its closed... disappointed
He did everything that needed to be done and he was kind and respectful and honest I really like his work
Lived here over 3 years, and I feel like an employee because I CARE about the quality of this place. There are STILL no lights on the property, the sidewalks are a health issue because they've been soiled in trash juice and bird poop for MONTHS and NEVER cleaned. Flooding has also been an issue and the manager was aware because he was giving a property tour whilst the entire sidewalk was underwater. I noticed the difference when the maintenance workers changed. My rent is $1717.
