I wrote a review a few years ago in regards to the old management. But this review is for new management. I’ve been living here for a few years now and been through a lot of management changes and will say the new managers are the best. They’re very supportive and will support you in any way they can. They’re very professional and have great customer service. They make sure the property is taken care and the tenants as well. Thank you for all you do!
i would give them no stars if i could i stayed in these apt for 3 years and i high would not recommend this place to anyone staying in az in my 3 years of staying there i moved into a apt that was still being cleaned when i picked up the keys there was multiple things i had to fix my self cause the maintenance never came and they constantly switched office people now they have stable office people but they are terrible in my opinion ( things that broke in my apt my ac unit 3 different times, fridge didn’t work at all when i ... read more
Great community, friendly staff, the apartments are very nice. Location is perfect to live, I-10 and 101 is easily accessible to all the essential necessities in the area. Definitely looking forward to moving to Del Mar Apartments.
