Hello i lived im unit 238 at del mar apartments and my experience with the crew and residents of del mar was nothing short of exceptional! It was me and my wifes first home together and im glad to say it was really good. Jessica the manager of del mar was incredibly helpful to any and all needs no matter the situation work orders were completed on time and they respected all my personal requests. Jessica was always in a good mood and ready to listen and provide any help she could offer with a big smile all and all! :)
Jessica and the team worked hard and got me into my apartment. They got all of the repairs done in a timely and professional manner.
This Apt is HORRIBLE ! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS. I stayed in my apartment for 3 years and was treated as if I was a bum on the street. They will switch management and office workers every 6 months so please don’t get used to seeing anyone. They do not pass communication throughout the establishment. They want you to give a written notice that you will vacate the premises.
