I called at 3:33 p.m. to have internet restored. It's been a rough year with the kids mom passing so soon and some bills are hard to pay on time when that second income is gone. With that being said I was $1 short I'm having internet turned back on and the lady told me there's nothing she could do, which is a lie because two months prior I had a similar situation over $2.68. As far as the new fiber optic internet goes, works great, however when the system fails they are in no rush to fix it. Be prepared to wait days ! Unacceptable
Thank you to your great service workers. I have had two outages in the past weeks due to storms. Last night they were here within an hour! 1:30 AM! They even back out of my long curvy lane so as not to tear up anything.
