Could not be more thankful for our new service! The installation had been seamless! The product is terrific! When they say they’ll be there at 10:00 AM, they are there early. Skyler was at the house before I arrived. Skyler was the last installer to finish the job. He was professional, respectful, efficient and was very friendly. I called at 3:33 p.m. to have internet restored. It's been a rough year with the kids mom passing so soon and some bills are hard to pay on time when that second income is gone. With that being said I was $1 short I'm having internet turned back on and the lady told me there's nothing she could do, which is a lie because two months prior I had a similar situation over $2.68.
