I switched to Maquoketa Family Clinic in 2026! The staff was very nice and very informative. I was seen by one of the doctors and he was very nice and very in depth and actually cared about me and my health. If anyone new is looking for a place to go this is where I would recommend.
They don't seem to know the symptoms for carpal tunnel syndrome so they just say it's your fight or flight response. Hello no it's not. Went to Ora and Vitality physical medicine and they say severe carpal tunnel syndrome..I need surgery not a pill that wont make the pain go away.

Not a fan! Loved our provider, Vicki Hansen, but the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Not friendly over the phone. Spoke to them several times prior to my appt. only to be rebuffed and made to feel like I was doing something wrong. Did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling from them at all! As a new patient, this was a total turn off! They need to have someone else answering their calls!
