Pam is the best!!
I had an awful experience with this place, and I will NEVER be going back. They didn’t even bother to send me a reminder for my appointment, and when I missed it (because, surprise, life happens!), they charged me the full amount without any warning or consideration. I reached out to explain the situation, and they were completely unhelpful and dismissive, as if customer service doesn’t matter to them at all.
