Pam is the best!!
I had an awful experience with this place, and I will NEVER be going back. They didn’t even bother to send me a reminder for my appointment, and when I missed it (because, surprise, life happens!), they charged me the full amount without any warning or consideration. I reached out to explain the situation, and they were completely unhelpful and dismissive, as if customer service doesn’t matter to them at all. Had a great experience here getting a spray tan with Pamela. She is very friendly and made the whole appointment feel very comfortable.
This place is amazing!!!!! I had been wanting to try sugar waxing for a while and I am so glad I found this place!!!! The receptionist was so sweet and they were able to get me in as a walk in but I definitely will be booking again for more services in the near future. There are also so many products available and swimsuits along with so much great gift ideas or self rewards lol definitely recommend you stop by when in Old Town Spring.
Great place. Easy to book online or call to book. I have only had sugaring done here but they are amazing. It is way less painful than any other waxing. They also have products you can buy at the front of the store and they do a lot of other services like eyelash extensions and such. Would recommend sugar waxing over shaving or any kind of waxing.
