My faux-Suède sectional needed a deep cleaning - very deep! I asked Maqsim to do the job, but was disappointed with the result as there were still black stains from a long time without cleaning. They instantly moved to rectify the issue and left me with a sofa that looks like the day I bought it, many years ago!
