Not happy with Maps Credit Union right now. I got a notice saying that I will have to update my phone's operating system to use the app. In order to do that, I will have to buy a new phone. This is economic discrimination for those who may not be able to afford an upgrade. I guess I will be looking for a different credit union.
Great customer service
This isn't necessarily a complaint but the teller wouldn't give me cash from my account until I showed her my forehead to " prove my identity " like she requested lol. That was one of the strangest interactions ive had in awhile.
Kinda cool they have a.virtual teller,,it was super clean and great help I now prefer this location over Winema place
