Have attempted to speak with someone for over a week for a lift can’t get a response or call back.
Purchased a lift and great experience with that. Didn't install for two years because life got in the way. Finally was ready to install and the service was TERRIBLE. Nothing but getting the run around being told I'd get a call back never getting it..All I needed was the model number for it so I can order replacement parts....If I received an invoice when I purchased this it could have all been avoided..
This business is privately owned, the employees are all great, from office to installation. You can get new or refurbished lifts that are a popular well known brand, quality products, and reasonable prices... Jobs are done on schedule and time efficient, and don't properly. everyone is very helpful, honest, and know what their doing. I highly recommend not only the company but the employees as well.
Relocated 2 lifts for us on a weekend. Took them down at one location and moved them to a 2nd location. Wired them up and tested. Very professional and friendly crew. I'm glad we found them for this task.
