I walked into this store a month ago to get a new a new stem to replace a bad one I received with a rolling hamper. The guy took my wheel in the back, popped it open, replaced the stem and was done in 3 minutes max. Explained the meter and metric sizes to me and didnt even charge me. I was so pleased with this.And if he reads this, the new stem fit perfectly.
