My experience with Pellegrini and Associates was superb. After having less than stellar interactions with two other organizations, it was refreshing to find this office that not only understands customer service, but provides it in superlative fashion. Everything about how the office is run is first-rate and professional. First, emails are responded to, and phone calls are immediately answered...no prompts or voice messages. Recently, my husband and I were referred to Pellegrini & Associates and we were so fortunate to meet and work with Nicole Reyes, Regional Sales Manager. Nicole is absolutely AMAZING!!!
