The Y's new cancellation policy only gives you a 14 day window each month. After the 15th you can't cancel for the next period until the first of the next month even if you are planning ahead....
Great pool and staff
I won't go to the awesome Ashland productions at this location until they fix or replace the seats alot of handicap and elderly people go here and it's cruel to have them sit in these broken and worn out seats! I just seen Jeckyl and Hyde great show but painful from the broken seats I tried 3 different ones in front and side rows all bad! Watched as people struggle to get out of them many times. It wasn't just me and my wife complaining, it was the pre show talk around us too.
I went in to see about membership and and they were very accommodating
