I'm not the one to write reviews but I feel like this needs to be said. I had a positive experience living at Maplewood villas until it was time to collect my security deposit. I was scammed out of my $1,855 security deposit and only received $200 due to a "management era" .They apparently left an untrained leasing agent to run their office until they found a assistant property manager.
