I wish I had been more patient and did some shopping around before going with this company. I ending up being pretty disappointed with my experience. I felt mislead and pressured to continue on adding services that I did not want. After discussing the work they completed with other tree companies and friends I determined I was considerably overcharged for some small tree trimmings and 2 large trimmings. We have used their tree service several years ago to remove a dead tree from the backyard. They did a very good job with a decent price. 100% satisfied. That's why I chose to have them coming back for a trimming service for another tree. This time... Well... Not as satisfied as before. We had them out to trim trees several years ago. I wasn't knowledged in what tree trimming actually is so I accused them of not cutting enough. They came back out and cut more. The office manager told me that if they cut any more that the trees would die. Our trees are so massive, that's why it looked to me like little was done.
