I've historically had good experience with the Toyota service department, even giving them a 5 star review a while back. More recently, I've had terrible experience with them. Something has significantly changed the past few years. 1) They couldn't even install a TPMS correctly 2) Cannot mount and balance tires (yellow dot goes on valve stem). After my alignment service on 2/25/26, I noticed a scuff on the horn pad. I reported it to the dealership, as it was under warranty, but they declined to address it or schedule further service. Update: The issue remains unresolved.
