Worked with bee xiong and Janie thao both are really nice and helpful, its been a great experience working with them
Took my 2023 Tacoma OR in on 09/23/25 for it 1st 10k regular maintenance, tire rotation and I had to get a warranty repair fixed and left with a scratched wheel and banged up lug nuts. This place does not care about your vehicle
Not the most pleasant experience here. I brought my car in to see if they could repair some damage to the interior of my car. I told them upfront what the damage was. Two hours later (half an hour past when I was told I'd get my diagnostic back...) I was told... the damage I had told them at the beginning of my appointment. $215 to hear my own words spoken back to me plus the fact that a replacement part for the repair is on backorder with no ETA. I come to maplewood Toyota for all my car services and the service has always been great. Martin continues to go above and beyond to ensure my visits are smooth. I can tell he truly cares and makes sure i fully understand everything before proceeding. I appreciate his patience and kindness. You can tell he is passionate in helping others.
