Very helpful and easy experience!
Be prepared to wait. I had an appointment and they knew I was waiting for my ca. just needed an oil change and tire rotation. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes. Ridiculous!!!! They told me my car would be outside in front of the exit. I stood there about 7 more minutes waiting for my car. Someone finally came out and said it was already parked on the other side of the building. Frustrating if you have some place to be .One positive note—they wash your car for free.
This is the best place for service at Maplewood Toyota.I see Jon Port or JB and I’m always in and out in the fastest time ever under 45 minutes for a oil change and tire rotation and a free car wash.This place runs like a Rolex watch always on time or sooner.Also there employees are the best of the best always.
