Went in for a diagnosis and subsequent repair. Dropped car off the day before the appt. And they had my car in before the appt time the day after. Quick and correct diagnosis when another shop got it wrong. Was also reasonably priced for this repair as well.
I personally had an exceptional experience with Maplewood Toyota in Spring 2024. They serviced my 2001 Tundra with lots of hard bolts to battle with due to the year. The communication from the service advisor and lead tech was beyond great, way better than I’ve experienced anywhere else from small shops to big dealerships. Maplewood Toyotas team was still great for me amidst many dealerships being on the decline, glad to see good service is still available.
