My car has been totaled living here, my rental car was vandalized (they stole the rims and tires from my rental), there was a shooting, and multiple fights. DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS NOT SAFE.
I tried to apply here (was accepted), and the management all said different things and was not good with responding. I was promised a price multiple times and they were shady and would say one thing on the phone then email something completely different. I did not want to put a review at all, but after it was all said and done and I thought it was all sorted; they did it again and ghosted me. I moved here approx 4 months ago extremely stress due my previous residence and the time restraints due to my lease ending (and I didn’t want to renew) Ms.Tanisha and Ms.Cynthia went above the call of duty to have my apartment ready for my move in date. The community is extremely peaceful and quite (which is extremely rare for the area) Everyone is very professional even maintenance. I highly recommend!
For the past few days they have been doing a lot of shooting!!!!
I have lived here since 2016 and yes nothing in life is perfect however; The two young ladies in the front office is the best ever. They’re willing to help you as much as they can and any questions always feel free to ask.
