This is the best complex in Union City! Mis Cynthia is VERY helpful and needs a RAISE!
Been living here almost 2yrs and love it! Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Tanneshia are always helpful when you need them, only had one major issue with my apartment and maintenance came by first thing the next morning (before the office opened) and took care of the situation. Although I have an older child, I like how they host festivities for the kids in the neighborhood.
I have now lived in these apartments almost 2 years! I have had the experience of dealing with Ms.Cynthia more on certain situations that were in the interest of my living arrangements. She took the time to help me during this time period and make sure that I was able to fix the things that needed to be done. Her patience with me will never go unnoticed and I’m grateful! The entire staff has been accommodating to me and my families needs during my stay! A humble and personal Thank you to all of you!!!
I’ve been living here since 2023 & I love the quietness of the neighborhood ! The management team is awesome ! Biggest shout to Ms.Cynthia for always always always coming through ! she’s truly a Godsend . As long as you communicate ? you’re in GREAT hands ! Thank you Ms.Cynthia for all that you do, it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed !
Mrs Cynthia the leasing manager is so understanding and works with you that is why I been there for going on 8 years the leasing office make it feel like Home
