Poor maintenance, maintenance man Timothy Scott is not a resident at the park, he had to move on the hill due to 2 restraining orders he has against him, he has a criminal background list which is now sealed due to Maplewood owners having his background list sealed. The park claims they do background checks” he stalks and harasses tenants, If the park is lucky there maybe an occasional day that Timothy will mow a lawn.
