COULD GET BETTER SECURITY!!! And some people are very inconsiderate around here. Neighbors around here think they could play music that is so loud it disturbs other residents. Call security but apparently he doesn't help. so it needs better SECURITY.
I only gave it 1 start because it doesn't give you the option to give 0 stars. I just want to say the manager here is very unprofessional, and rude. She gossips about everyone and everything to residence and potential residence, which i find very disturbing. They really need to find better management or they are going to end up loosing a lot of really nice people.
Management has been unprofessional from when i moved in 6 years ago. 1st management was rude and a slow getting us in. 2nd ones gave me a real hard time when my power went out 3 times within a year which ended up their responsibility all 3 times! And i do own my trailer and know what im suppose to take care of. The new ones have been rude when asked questions. My rent bill for January was on my back door which has never happened in 6 years . do not recommend.very over priced and now they are forcing people to buy the home or move out.
This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen! If i was to treat customers/residence the way these people do I would be fired on the spot! The office Manager Heather is the rudest, most unprofessional person so far in their long list of terrible management! Not only is management terrible but we pay more for lot rent than most of the communities in the city and we don't even have amenities and now have to pay for the clubhouse. By far the worst place I've ever lived!
Management is very discriminatory, will single out certain residents, while others are able to break park rules and standards with no consequences. Don’t live here if you’re white or even look white, management gives preferential treatment to Mexicans.
