They are very disorganized. I received a bill and I called them to provide my insurance and they said they will take care of it. Yet weeks later they are still calling about the same bill and have not billed anyone because they don’t show anything on file. I asked if they record their calls or make note of their calls and the answer was no notes taken just says I called! Really!? I was experiencing a miscarriage but happened to have an ultrasound scheduled at Maplewood imaging. The facility was beautiful and very professional. I had to go with a full bladder, and it was extremely uncomfortable due to all my body was going through. They were behind 20+ minutes and finally we had to ask how long would be, the gentleman was gracious and kind and told me I could use the restroom if need be.
