I have spent many years in this Care Center visiting someone very dear to me! Some of the worker are caring and warm towards the residents and some are too busy talking to one another and not paying attention to the needs of the residents. Ethical, I feel that are doing fair,but much is needed as far as training. These training should come from the top first, then training from their coworker last.
