I had a horrible horrible experience there, one of the assistants or idk what she is there raised her voice at me because apparently I was supposed to dilate my own sons eye before going to his appointment. Then she's like well who this doctor you put on his paper what community clinic and I'm like excuse me I go to the Clinics of North Texas. Long story short I had to raise my voice and say a cuss word to calm her down. very unprofessional and unpleasant place and she did it in front of my children!!
Dr. Gunnell get 5 stars from me, but almost left before we got to see him. His staff was very unprofessional and not very nice...from the moment we walked in until we left I felt like we were a bother. When it was time to choose the glasses, they stayed behind the counter and wouldn't even come over to the sample glasses to help us. We would have probably gotten our glasses there, but because they were unfriendly, we just took the prescription and went to Eyemart Express. We loved Dr. Gunnell. I gave them 1 star because FB makes you select at least 1 to leave a review. Terrible customer service at front desk. If it weren't for Dr. Gunnell we would not be back.
