TOUR We needed to find a place pretty fast because I had to move for a job. Touring went great. It seemed like it would be a pleasant experience. The apartment staff are pleasant (they will become a lot worse after you sign and are stuck paying). I signed my lease in November and was going to move in January. To break down the payment you are paying 1400 + utilities (about $100 but it depends on your energy usage ) and $70 for amenities.
