If you’re into living under a dictatorship then by all means and yes the upgrades are nice but during the height of the pandemic when people had no money or jobs they forced people to make expensive upgrades or face eviction they have no heart ethics or integrity as they will say anything you want to hear to get your signature and the contract is written in a way that you don’t have any rights and they can and will bully you.
