This place totally went down hill since Tony's not there anymore. I took my car there because the hood was stuck. They tried to send me to the body shop in back. I said for a stuck hood? So one of the workers tried to put his hand under the hood. Then said I can't fix it. What kind of garage is this? They suck. I'll take it elsewhere tomorrow
Phone number doesn't work and their voicemail is not activated. Not really sure how they're supposed to run a business if they don't even pick up the phone
Made an appointment, he no showed . Then was rude to me when I asked to come in another day . Told me “you had all week to reschedule”. As if he’s not the one who didn’t show up to my appointment. No accountability and disrespectful.
I'm very happy with how everyone is at maplewood. They are nice and considerate and very professional. I haven't had any issues with repairs they are always on point and I don't trust anyone else with my vehicles. More as well as all the other mechanics are amazing.
