I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've been very pleased with this service center, originally under Tony and now managed by the new owner, Moe. My second car is an older Saturn that I am keeping alive for sentimental reasons and these guys have done amazing things to keep it on the road, always for a reasonable price. Granted, they're sometimes busy and you may need to have some schedule flexibility, but IMHO that's a small price to pay for professional and honest service.

Used to be an awesome trustworthy place. Now that Tony is retired, they have lost a long time customer. I won't even go back for an inspection. My car mats were extremely dirty from oily shoes, food wrappers left in my car, shoddy work. Even though I was told they ordered the wrong parts and the new parts would be cheaper my bill was higher. They have kept both our vehicles for ridiculous amounts of time for services being done and always some lame excuse. I can't list all the bad things from one repair job! I've also had th... read more
