I recently referred a friend of mine to Maplewood Auto Service. She took her Honda Pilot here after it started misfiring on cylinder three and the traction control light came on. After a thorough inspection, the team found a cracked spark plug and some badly clogged filters. They replaced two of the spark plugs—the others were still in great shape, which saved her some money right off the bat. Reason for my one star? Called for a appointment to be made for a alignment for Thursday April 3rd at 8am. I went in and got there at 7:40am to find out to be down as oil changed?!? But then we got that situation figured out. Reason for a alignment was because I changed out my outer tire rod on both sides and I checked all bushings and ball joints where good prior to going which was 2 days before the appointment also had a mechanic checked it as well and said everything looks good and just needed a alignment.
