The management does not appreciate the people who work the hardest and know what they're doing. You could work there for 10 years and still not be appreciated. You could work 90 hours there and still be extremely unappreciated. I would never recommend anyone to work at any of these communities. The residents come first, but nobody truly cares about these residents because of the amount of work they have to put into to even take care of these residents.
