These apartments are nice. The manager is unstable and has no communication..most her friends from laurel live here or the ones fresh out of jail and prison unhealthy for children.

After time you begin to see all the shady things going on coming from management if you live here bring nothing of value. When your not home you home is rummaged through and things come missing towels, groceries, cellphones and chargers. Office is never open and you can't get a copy of your lease. The manager is from Jones county and she puts Jones county friends in the apartments..while these apartments should be beneficial to perry county as they are situated at this time vacancy's are being filled with her buddy's from Jo... read more
These apartments are nice. The manager does a good job keeping the area safe and clean it's very comfortable and well kept. I give it five stars because it's the best in richton.
